The Exhibitor Service Kit is your greatest resource for PSX booth planning. Shepard is our official service contractor and emailed you a link to the online kit. You can also access it by logging in to your Exhibitor Portal.
NOTICE: Direct-to-show-site shipping is prohibited for this event. All shipments must be sent to the advanced warehouse prior to the event.
Save this PSX Exhibitor Information PDF. This equally important resource includes show hours, contact information, links to the Terms and Conditions, Guidelines for Display, order forms for booth utilities, and details regarding our Certificate of Insurance requirements.
Promote your booth on the PSX 2023 Exhibitor Directory. Update your online listing now by logging in to your Exhibitor Portal.
The Exhibitor Directory and the floor plan is live for attendees to view and search for exhibitors. We are also promoting the directory in emails, articles, and blog posts.
Upon successful login, you will have the option to "Edit Booth Info." Be sure to complete your company information, profile, and select product categories. Use the "Preview" option to review your listing once you have entered your information.
As PSX 2023 approaches, you may receive solicitations from publications and vendors that are not affiliated with PSS, AIHA, or PSX.
Please be advised PSS and AIHA do not sell exhibitor lists or contact information to anyone. This information is only securely provided to PSX Official Contractors to inform exhibitors of show related services. Solicitations from unofficial vendors are often the result of obtaining public information available on the internet.
