Requests for cancellations, substitutions, and refunds must be submitted in writing to AIHA PSX. Phone calls will not be accepted.
Cancellations and Refunds
PSX refunds are subject to a $150 processing fee. One-day refunds and all courses and workshops refunds are subject to a $75 processing fee each.
- To receive a full refund (less processing fees), cancellations must be received on or before August 20, 2021.
- A 50 percent refund (less processing fees) will be processed if request is received between August 21 and September 8, 2021.
- No refunds will be processed for requests received on or after September 9, 2021 or for no shows.
Refunds will be issued approximately 2 weeks post-conference.
*In the unlikely event AIHA is forced to convert PSX 2021 to an entirely virtual format, we will modify the cancellation policy for individuals already registered for the in-person conference.
Substitution of a registered PSX attendee by a business colleague will be accepted. A $50 processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing via email by September 8, 2021. The new registrant must be named in the written notification and must register before the original registrant is refunded. If the original registrant was registered as a member, the new registrant must also be a member or join membership upon registering or pay the balance due for a nonmember registration.
Beginning September 9, 2021, no substitutions will be allowed, and all requests will be treated as full cancellation of the original registration subject to the cancellation processing fees above. The new registrant must register as a new attendee to complete the registration and housing.
